Check-in and Check-out Procedures
- Check-in is after 4pm and Check-out is by 10am.
- Reservations may only be booked more than 3 days, or 72 hours, prior to arrival due to neighborhood restrictions.
- Guests must complete an information form for the Hound Ears neighborhood upon booking, and the reservation will be approved based on the form.
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

- This home has a paved driveway with assigned parking capacity for 2 vehicles. There are 6 steps to enter the main level.
Policies and Rules
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- Motorcycles are strictly prohibited inside the Hound Ears community.
- This home is not pet friendly. No animals are permitted on the property per the Condo Association.
- Rental guests cannot access any Hound Ears Club amenities or buildings, including golf, pool, tennis, or the restaurant; as per Club rules updated in late 2023.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- Minimum age: 25 years.
- Children allowed.
- No events allowed.
Fees and Payments
- All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Utilities and Amenities Access
- Rental guests cannot access any Hound Ears Club amenities or buildings, including golf, pool, tennis, or the restaurant.
- All BRMR homes come with a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
- Towels and linens will be provided for you.
- The property includes the following amenities: high-speed internet, climate control, cooking basics, cooking space, oven, stove, toaster, dishwasher, landline, clothes washing machine, clothes dryer, ironing board & iron, balcony, patio, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detector.
